During the first 180 days from the Effective Date of the Master Agreement Amendment No. 10 (“Offer Period”), Verizon Wireless will provide Customer’s Entity Corporate Subscribers activating a new line of service, on a Customer-provided Smartphone or Smartphone purchased at full retail, a $200.00 invoice credit 365 days after activation.

Eligible lines must be on a plan with a monthly access fee of $25.00 or higher. The $200.00 credit for each qualifying line will be applied to Customer’s monthly invoice within two billing cycles following the 365 day activation period and will appear as 'Other Charges and Credits.'

If Customer terminates a line, suspends a line without billing or changes the selected plan to a non-eligible plan, for any line taking advantage of this offer the $200.00 credit within the initial 365 days from the date of that line’s activation, the credit will not be applied.
