TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 $70 CAT S42, Moto G Power & Zebra TC26 AT&T NETWORK REBATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  

These Rebate Terms & Conditions apply to a Customer Rebate offered by WBC Wireless Business Consultants, LLC (WBC) for Customer activations made through WBC for CAT S42, Moto G Power & Zebra TC26 smartphones on the AT&T network. Eligible Activations will receive a Seventy Dollar ($70) rebate (the “Rebate”) from WBC. “Eligible Activations” are only those activations that strictly comply with the following terms & conditions.
  
  

(1) Only activations performed for the CAT S42, Moto G Power & Zebra TC26 smartphones are eligible for the Rebate.

(2) Activations are only eligible for the Rebate if activated through WBC. Device(s) must be activated on a qualified rate plan, which includes either:

 

  • $25 Mobile Select 10GB Unlimited Voice and Text with 10GB of pooled data
  • $32 Mobile Select Unlimited with tethering may throttle after 22GB of data but does not cap

 

(3) Activations must be submitted through email to the email address orders@dsp-wireless.com. Any activations not submitted through email to the foregoing email address are not eligible for the Rebate.

(4) After activation has been completed, the Customer must maintain active service on the AT&T network for One Hundred (100) Days from the date of activation.

*(5) WBC will pay the Rebate via check to the Customer after 100 Days of active service following an Eligible Activation. The Rebate will be sent to the mailing address confirmed with the customer after the qualifying period.
  

  
*(6) Next Day Replacement Insurance: In lieu of the $70 rebate, customers can rather choose to receive accidental damage insurance for their device. The insurance offers next day replacement of damaged devices for a period of two years for rugged devices (Zebra TC26 excluded) with a $0 deductible per incident or for a period of two years for standard smartphones (Moto G Power) with a $25 deductible per incident.

$150 AT&T BILL CREDIT 

TERMS & CONDITIONS  

These Activation Terms & Conditions apply to a $150 credit offered by AT&T for Customer activations on the AT&T Network. Eligible Activations will receive a One Hundred & Fifty Dollar ($150) bill credit (the “Credit”) from AT&T. “Eligible Activations” are only those activations that strictly comply with the following terms & conditions.
  
  

(1) After activation has been completed on a qualifying rate plan, the Customer must maintain active service on the AT&T network for Twelve (12) Months from the date of activation. To ensure the activation is on a qualified rate plan, email orders@dsp-wireless.com to ensure Eligible Activation is in compliance with rate plan guidelines.

(2) AT&T will apply the Credit on Customer Bill by 1-2 bill cycles following Eligible Activation. Allow for full billing cycle once the activation period has transpired for the credit to appear on Customer invoice.

(3) If the qualifying line of service is canceled or altered within Twelve (12) Months, a prorated amount of the credit received will be charged back to the account.

(4) Activations are only eligible for the Bill Credit if activated through WBC. Device(s) must be activated on a qualified rate plan, which includes either:

  • $25 Mobile Select 10GB Unlimited Voice and Text with 10GB of pooled data
  • $25 Key Enterprise Unlimited caps data usage at 50GB and does not tether
  • $32 Mobile Select Unlimited with tethering may throttle after 22GB of data but does not cap
