Clean your mobile device several times a day;
how to effectively clean and disinfect your device.

We interact with our mobile device thousands of times every day, and often press it to our faces, which means that any bacteria, virus or other germ that is on your phone could transfer to your skin. Whether you’re concerned about COVID-19 or just common flu and cold germs, regularly disinfecting your mobile device will help lower your overall risk of getting ill.

Before cleaning your mobile device, unplug all external power sources, devices, cables and ensure all ports covers and the SIM door are firmly closed, this ensures you avoid getting any excess moisture into any openings. You can apply anti-bacterial spray, or wipe all external surfaces of the phone using alcohol wipes widely available, again ensuring all cables are unplugged and all ports are firmly closed.

You can use a soft, lint-free cloth or towels, paper towels, disinfecting wipes or similar items without worrying about excessive wiping causing damage to the screen or any other part of the phone. Germs can live on hard surfaces and transfer to your hands, as a general rule clean your Cat phone as often as your hands to avoid transferring germs between the two.
