Cat Phones Warranty & Repair

All Cat Phone devices purchased on DSPorder.com prior to August 16th, 2021 include a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, from date of purchase. Cat devices purchased after this date are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, from date of purchase.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Cat support directly via the web at https://www.catphones.com/en-us/help-support/contact/ or by telephone (646-568-9682).

You will receive an email containing an inbound shipping label to the email address provided to our support team. Pack devices in protective material, place in an appropriately sized box for shipping. Adhere shipping label to outside of box, contact courier pick up or drop off. Bullitt recommends using the original packing or protective packaging to ship the device.

Your device will then be inspected by our service partner and the repaired device or a replacement will usually be shipped back to you within 5 business days of receiving the device barring any signs of customer abuse.

It is a requirement to remove SD, SIM cards and any accessories before shipping your Cat Phone to the repair center. SD and SIM cards, and accessories received by the repair center will be destroyed to protect customer privacy. SD, SIM cards and accessories cannot be retrieved after shipment.

Before making a warranty claim online or contacting a customer service agent please have the IMEI number available, as well as your proof of purchase date associated with your original sales invoice.

There are four different ways to find your IMEI number on your device. These steps are outlined in this document. If the IMEI is not provided, the device will not be eligible for warranty repair.

• The IMEI can be found on the label outside on the box that you received your phone in.
• Type *#06# onto the key paid dialer. A pop-up will show the device IMEI.
• Your service provider will have this information for the phone number and the associated IMEI/MEID.
• Beneath the SIM tray there is a black plastic label that contains the IMEI, serial number and regulatory information.
