Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy 

Cancellations 

  • You can cancel your order any time before it ships from our warehouse with no assessed fee(s) 

  • After the product has left our warehouse, you will be assessed a cancellation fee and return shipping fee(s)  

  • If your method of payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your method of payment 

Returns 

  • Items must be unused and in the same conditions which they were received 

  • Returns must be in original packaging 

  • Returns with writing on the original packaging are considered “unsellable condition” and will not be accepted 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from receipt of order 

  • After 30 days items cannot be returned for credit 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
